Rachel Losen Wolfe

“I can tell you because I know you won’t judge me.”
Of all the feedback I have received over the years, this statement from clients is the most often said and the one that gives me the most pride as a professional. Therapy, to me, is a conversation. Through that conversation, you will likely learn more about yourself,  your relationships with others, and how you view the world. We will work together to identify your goals and develop a roadmap to get you to your destination.

Jen Brigden

As a therapist, I believe that it takes a tremendous amount of courage to reach out for support during difficult times and consider it a privilege to help people along their journey.
For me, the most important part of the therapeutic process is the relationship between client and therapist, and I work to cultivate a nurturing and supportive therapeutic environment.

You feel like nothing seems to go right and you can never catch a break. You have so much to be thankful for, and yet you are unhappy. You are not alone. All of us have felt this way at one time or another. Whether it is a new or on-going problem, talking to someone can help you transition through these issues. I believe you know yourself best and have the answers within you. Utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each individual, the focus is on helping you achieve your goals and find the answers you are looking for.

Mark Erickson

Who are you outside of being an athlete, teacher, mom, or office worker? With a background in Sports Medicine, I have worked with hundreds of athletes, aiding in their physical needs to get them back to full capacity and into competition. Through my experience I have found that, whether on a court or in an office, individuals can only be their best if they are focusing on their entire health and wellness. Their mental game is as, if not more, important as their physical wellness in finding success.

Cari Ott

“You are a human being; you are not a diagnosis” I believe that each person deserves to find a provider who will truly listen to their story in order to achieve the best treatment and recovery possible. If you are looking for a holistic provider who will listen to your story and consider your entire symptom profile, I may be the perfect fit for you. Together, we can develop a treatment plan to improve your mental health and wellness.

Meghan Herek

“The best way out is always through” – Robert Frost.

I hope to support you through hard times, change, and consistent struggles. I have a strong, direct approach that is wrapped with compassion and empathy, and humor!  I don’t believe that shame is effective in helping us grow or gain insight.  Although I will be straightforward, it is my hope that you will not feel ashamed or punished.  You might think you are “beyond help”.  But the truth is, we all DESERVE therapy.  It’s a gift.  It’s never too late to begin.

Penny For Your Thoughts?

We would like to introduce you to Verve’s newest team member, Penny!
Penny is a Goldendoodle and 5 months old. Since she is still a puppy, she’s currently in-training. For those worried about allergies, Goldendoodle’s are considered “low shedder’s” which means less dander (and less vacuuming for us). Her sweet disposition and fun-loving puppy ways will welcome you when you arrive to our office. If you’d like Penny to join you in session, just let your provider know.
